We are dedicated to giving our online wholesale orders to our clients in a timely, organized manner. We collaborate with a diverse array of professional providers, including pharmacies, chiropractors, naturopath, grocery retail chains (healthfood stores), and others.
We accept returns or exchanges only for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must email us within the first 72 hours of receiving the order. We will evaluate the circumstances and inform you of our decision in a timely manner.
Guaranteed Sales Program (GSP)
By purchasing GSP products you agree to the following:
Only products with the “Guaranteed Sales*” label are eligible.
Under the GSP, sealed products that are not sold within 60 days will be taken back for a full refund less the cost of shipping between the 60 and 90 days after the original purchase date.
Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If a product is bought under GSP and it is later removed from the program it will still be available for a refund if it was purchased before being removed. Only products are eligible for a full refund, shipping cost will not be refunded.
To start the return process please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and product(s) you wish to return. We will then send you a return label. Once we receive your return, we will confirm product(s) are sealed and issue a refund for the product(s) returned less the shipping cost.
